If the existing line is under five years old and was maintained, buying it with the deal is usually cheaper than a full equipment lease. Get model numbers and remaining warranty in the exhibit, not a handshake.

Walk-ins and dishwashers are the ones I will lease if they are tired. Smallwares and tables I would rather buy so I am not paying interest on pans.
