Bio

Eon Lew is the CEO and Founder of District Realty Group. With over sixteen years of industry experience, Eon began his commercial brokerage career at Colliers International and now specializes in Landlord & Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Commercial Leasing, Bulk Asset/Restaurant Sales, and Property Management at District Realty Group. Within the past years, he has represented over a million square feet of inventory in commercial properties and over 500,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space in Los Angeles and the surrounding submarkets. As a Broker, Eon has negotiated on behalf of some of the largest landlords in the nation with transactions valued at over $100 million.

Prior to founding District Realty Group, Eon served as Vice President at Total Realty Group- KW Commercial where he was awarded #1 Top Producing Agent for three consecutive years. Eon's high transaction volume helped his team win Realtrend's "Top 50 Teams of 2015", as advertised in the Wall Street Journal.

Eon is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Tennessee.
