40% Walk-ins/ Phone (Still increasing as we still get new customers)
40% Online (Online presence is GREAT in this location which allows a small team to go through orders without pressure of customers waiting FoH)
25%+ Catering (EZ cater has brough a tremendous amount of business and is still growing! Labor has barely been impacted)

Our current shop (TMAD 221) has experienced a shocking increase in sales in 2024 (+ 30%) compared to the previous year, mainly driven by online ordering and our powerful EZCATER profile We managed to increase sales through online promotions, discounts but most importantly: food quality. By focusing on internal tools established by our 3rd party delivery platforms we have managed to be on TOP % choices for all these platforms and bring in new customers as well as maintain the regulars
