How long does it take to sell a restaurant in Los Angeles in practice?

We listed last spring and have had tours, not offers. Is six months a normal cycle for restaurants for sale in Los Angeles, or are we priced wrong?

Six months with tours and no offers usually means price, remaining lease term, or missing financials. Los Angeles buyers ask for weekly sales and a landlord conversation early. If those are missing, they stall.

We have annual P&Ls only. We will pull weekly sales and add them to the listing package this week.

Confidential listings in LA also move slower because serious buyers want the name. If you can open the identity after NDA and still keep staff quiet, you tend to get better offers.
