The space was previously Dark Nectar Coffee. They had the space setup as a bar in the front and roasting facilities in the rear. The front bar area has a three comp sink, hand sink, and floor sink so it could remain a bar or be converted into a prep kitchen. There is no hood in the space for a full kitchen but one could be added. The space features a private restroom and a couple storage rooms in the rear. There is a rear loading dock and parking spaces that can be included. The rent is flexible depending on the use and needed tenant improvements. Owners may contribute to tenant improvement build out depending on use and terms.
