Alfredo's Mexican Food was bought in 2008. Currently they have two cooks, and two cashiers, two of which are owners and help out. Currently one owner takes a disbursement of $5,000 per month, and another owner is paid a wage of $1,600 per month, with a solid Net of $80,000 annually plus extra cash flow average of $5,000 per month. Mostly 80% of the sales are drive through, and they do take out services as well.

The current lease is open to 3 years with two 3 year options remaining. The lease is $5,000 plus $1,000 NNN. Square footage of the inside is 1,200 and there is an outdoor dining area that can seat an additional 20-25 guests. Lease can be renegotiated as a new lease during escrow.

Sale includes all inventory, FF&E, Grandfathered DriveThrough, and Goodwill. They have a walkin refrigerator, two freezers, a five foot grill, ten foot hood, four burners, a slicer, food prep table, and a five foot steam table to keep food warm. Seats 30 inside and an additional 25 seats on the patio. It was originally a Taco Bell in 2002.

The stability of the restaurant has a proven track record, and endured the Covid years.
