Currently one owner takes a disbursement of $5,000 per month, and another owner is paid a wage of $1,600 per month, with a solid Net of $80,000 annually plus extra cash flow average of $5,000 per month. Mostly 80% of the sales are drive through, and they do take out services as well.

The current lease is open to 3 years with two 3 year options remaining. The lease is $5,000 plus $1,000 NNN. Square footage of the inside is 1,200 and there is an outdoor dining area that can seat an additional 20-25 guests. Lease can be renegotiated as a new lease during escrow.
