We work across three areas: Advisory — growth strategy, unit economics, margin and labor optimization, systems, and turnarounds. Strategic Partnerships & Capital — connecting operators with the partners and capital behind expansion. Business Sales — valuation, packaging, buyer outreach, and negotiation for restaurants, bars, cafés, and multi-unit groups.

The firm is led by founder and principal Bledar Asllani, who spent two decades inside hospitality before advising it — from dish pit to floor manager in Florence and New York, to owning and selling NYC restaurants.
